 Why should you commit to Direct Tyre Management?
We recognise that on numerous occasions in the past various people or organisations will have requested your support as they have also had intentions to penetrate this market sector by working with you.
 
We are now also asking you to register your company as a service provider in the Direct Network. The difference this time is we already have the established commitment of customers.
 
 Is there a cost for registration on the Direct Network ?
Through increasing customer demand, we are now increasing the network to honour service commitments, there are no registration fees to pay when working with the Direct Network.
 
 Is there an administration charge?
No, there are no administration fees payable by service providers when working with Direct Tyre Management. We agree commercial terms with suppliers and there are no hidden costs.
 
 What about pricing and margins?
As you are aware customer pricing varies by agreement, therefore you will be given prior notification of any opportunities arising including pricing schedules before being nominated as the service provider.
 
 What are the payment terms to be applied?
All service providers will be paid within 60 days by BACS, or cheque if preferred.
 
 What administration will I use?
We have looked at the option of providing you with worksheets / breakdown sheets etc. The decision has been taken to allow you to utilise your own paperwork for a number of reasons e.g. familiarity, efficiency and not least cost. It is our intention to move to electronic worksheets, at the appropriate time, to enable us to reduce the paper chase and improve efficiency.
 
 Does Direct Tyre Management have the systems to support it's planned growth?
We are at the "leading edge" in system capability. All our management systems are web based providing meaningful management information to customers and suppliers.
 
Both existing and potential suppliers are very supportive of our innovation and capability to deliver the promise.
