| We have acquired the business of Selco
Builders Warehouse beginning on the 1 August. DTM is responsible for all 30
locations across the UK. |

company has now become a fast growing, highly competitive, and highly respected

has joined the team as Sales Manager on 1 June 2009. |

| David will be responsible for supporting the
sales effort within the Company and act as customer liaison for National
Accounts. David has many years' of experience in the tyre industry and brings a
wealth and of knowledge and experience from a manufacturing
background. |

| Direct Tyre Management has renegotiated and
secured the multi-million pound contract with Biffa Waste Services Limited in
April 2009. |

| Biffa is a leading integrated waste management
business in the UK which operates across the breadth of the waste management
value chain. It provides waste collection, treatment and recycling, and
disposal services to around 70,000 local and national customers in the
industrial, commercial and municipal sectors. |

| After a successful trial, we have activated
the Self Billing facility for our Service Partners network wide.. |
| |
| Service partners now have the ability to
invoice approved work by logging in to the Direct Tyre Management web based
system. This speeds up the processing and improves accuracy in invoicing and
also dealing with and resolving queries. |

on-line Self Billing system to selected service partners. |
| |
| The addition to the system will allow service
providers to submit electronic invoices which will result in faster
administration processes in flagging queries and processing job sheets and
invoices. |
