Bell has joined the team as a Fleet Auditor. |

| Alan's roles include conducting fleet
inspections on customer sites ensuring our customers costs are kept at a
minimum by ensuring preventive maintenance work is carried out. |

with Hireco discussing how we were to manage Hireco's service and tyre
management requirements. |

| Hireco praised Direct Tyre on how quickly we
responded to their Tyre Management needs and the speed at which the contract
was set up. |

Dunlop with Total Butlerwhich starts on 1 November 2006. |

| Total Butler have approximately 50 locations
which will be serviced by our network of service partners. |

Preston City Councilcommencing September 2006 and is scheduled to run
for a period of 3 years. |

| Preston City Council were looking for a
management provider to look after their servicing needs but also give added
value to Preston City Council's current commercial arrangement. |

| Cartwright Trailershave over 6
locations and have awarded us the contract for providing tyre and service
requirements. |

| Cartwright were impressed with our live web
based management information which provides instant reports and statistical
information. |

Tyre Management to run their tyre management needs. |

| We offer SMH a fleet solutions package which
enables them to manage their tyre related costs and service provision more

| We took ownership of the Stiller Group
contract in June 2006, Stiller currently operates 6 Groups and 20+ locations,
we are responsible for servicing all of Stillers Tyre Management
needs. |

| Severn Trent Water's fixed price
contract with us has now been running for over 1 month. Severn Trent is the
first contract where a network of various providers have joined together to
offer a tyre management service package. |

| DTM are managing all of the commercials needs
of Severn Trent's business and Kwik Fit are servicing the company car and van
requirements. |

| We have secured a traditional tyre contract
with Drivemaster, assisting them to manage their current customer base
and tyre and service requirements. |

| Drivemaster currently have 13 locations and
are continuously adding to their portfolio which are serviced by our
network. |

to Direct Tyre Management. Gary joined us on 1 March 2006 as Business
Development Manager. |

| Gary joins the team with a wealth of knowledge
in the commercial market sector and will be a valuable asset to the company
