| Adele brings with her a wealth of knowledge
and experience and will be joining us from National Tyres. Adele has had
responsibility for a number of Commercial functions including Compliance,
Customer Complaints, Customer Service and General Query Resolution. |

| Launch of Customer Feedback
Analysis |

| We have now added a valuable feedback tool to
our customer reporting suite. Customers are asked to complete a traffic light
matrix to give us valuable feedback of the current levels of service, quality
and our systems. |

| The survey can be found on the customer log in
page of the reporting suites and the results will help us to further improve
our overall service to our customers. |

| A suite of new reports have now been added to
our TAMS system to improve the overall management of our customer and service
partner accounts actively and efficiently. |
| |
| Network Managers can now log site visits to
customers and service partners along with comments. These comments can be
viewed by all DTM Managers and staff and reports are live. This enables us to
deal enquiries quickly and effectively and allows us to check for updates on a
regular basis. |

| We are delighted to announce with immediate
effect, that DTM are responsible for Dolphin Hire's full tyre management and
service provision. |
| |
| Dolphin Hire caters for a wide variety of
requirements from a day or town, up to a full contract hire for three years or
more. With an up to date and well maintained and presented fleet ranges from
panel vans through to Transit Luton Vans. |

knowledge and with a manufacturing background will help us to develop our core

March 2010, we are responsible for Secured Mails full tyre management and
service provision for their Liverpool location. |

| Secured Mail is an independent company
established in 2004 and was granted a licence to handle bulk mail delivery
including transactional mail and direct mail. |

| We are delighted to announce that Frank
Loughlin has been appointed as Operations Consultant. |
| |
| Frank is responsible for looking at our
Quality Systems and building our application towards ISO9002. |

| Frank brings with him a wealth of tyre
industry knowledge from a servicing and management perspective. |

| I am delighted to announce that with effect
from Monday 25 January 2010 Simon Mulholland will join us as assistant Company
Accountant, Simon will be involved with the various companies within the Direct
Tyre group, and will be reporting to Anne Lang. |

| Simon has a wealth of knowledge in accounting,
cost management and analytical skills. |
